Keenan Wines is proud to offer ultra-premium wines produced from their historic Spring Mountain vineyard wine estate, which has been planted in grapevines since the late 19th century. A family-owned winery, Keenan’s winemaking practices are designed to showcase the sense of place unique to their mountainside environment.

“Anniversary Getaway”

My wife and I recently booked a weekend getaway here to celebrate our first anniversary. From the moment we came on to the property, I knew we were in for a relaxing time. It is off the main strip, away from the noise. We stayed in the Island House with a water view. When we arrived, we were delighted to find a wine-tasting in the dining room. Who knew Chilean grapes would be so bold?! We were encouraged to set reservations for dinner during our stay. We opted for dinner on Saturday evening. Our server, Jeff, made the meal more memorable by making a point to wish us a Happy Anniversary. My wife and I both ordered dishes with crab meat, and they were each a delight to the palette. I tried a “local” cocktail called a Cabbage Crawler, which I found sweetly refreshing.
