This is an excellent restaurant in a superb setting.
The tables are delightful prepared with use of fine crisp white napery.
The lunch menu had just the right amount of varied choice at reasonable prices.
The food was served promptly and was declared very tasty by all.
The food service was friendly, attentive with good customer care skills.

My daughter choose Tarpon Lodge for an April 7th wedding. During the months leading up to the wedding Shoreheh, the manager was always decisive and thorough. This helped to instill confidence. The staff is very well trained to meet your needs and to prevent anything from going wrong. I was impressed to discover that a security guard was on duty the evening of the wedding. While everyone was inside having fun he was roaming the grounds to make sure our rooms and cars were safe.

Fishermen, families & couples celebrating something special at Tarpon Lodge Restaurant. I had clams, a huge filet of snapper and pasta stuffed with cheeses & pear- all were fantastic.
The tropical setting morphed into a beautiful sunset during dinner and Julian our waiter was adorable.
Tarpon Lodge is set in a serene safe family neighborhood boasting Old Florida Charm, boat dockage and the luxury of an upscale restaurant. We stayed in the boat house which has a kitchenette, a cute front porch & is very close to the marina where you can dock your boat. We had a fun day Island hopping and walking the pristine Cato Costa beach.
As we were seated on the covered patio we were totally excited about the old Florida charm and the magnificent views. We were soon entertained by our server, Julian, who was one of the top servers I have ever encountered. He explained the specials with mouth watering descriptions that turned out to be true. The menu has a good assortment of appetizers as well as entrees. We supported our choices with a South African merlot that was superb. Some nice dessert choices however we were full and declined. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I were married at the lodge April 2017. The location is the traditional Old Florida look and feel with first class staff on hand. Our family and friends had an amazing experience and we look forward to our return.
We stayed at the hotel 3 nights. We came by boat, crossed through the state of Florida for my 60th Birthday. The hotel, hotel staff, dining facilities and dockage was fantastic. The hotel is very nice but not pretentious, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay truly enjoyable. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for a massage on my birthday and she was told that Uber was available to take me to the spa. As mentioned we came by boat and did not have a car. I called Uber 1/2 hour before my appointment and no one was available. I went into the office and asked if there was a taxi cab service. The front desk called the taxi only to find out that they had a 1 1/2 hour wait. Needless to say I was very disappointed to find all of this out. The front desk person said “I will take you” and that is what she did. I was very taken aback at this level of customer service. You don’t find this type of customer service very often. That night, on my birthday we had dinner in the restaurant and it was by far the best dinner I have had in many, many years. Just fantastic! I would highly recommend the Tarpon Lodge to anyone. If you want a simply clean comfortable place to spend a couple of days relaxing and letting the busy electronic world pass you by, Tarpon Lodge & Restaurant on Pineland, Florida is the place for you. The sunset view will be etched in the fabric of your mind long after you leave the property. The stroll on the dock by the bay will provide the serenity to let the stresses of life pass you by as you gaze on Sanibel and Captiva Islands and see the boats coming and going from Cabbage Key. When the sun is gone and you yearn for a bit to eat, you will only be steps away from a wonderful restaurant with very good food and excellent service. The bar, though simple, has plenty of wine to quench the wine lover’s thirst. With the cool breeze blowing in from the balcony off the waters of the gulf you will sleep well. Without question your getaway will sooth your soul and require you to take one more stroll around the property before you heading back to reality. But as you walk you will be thinking about when your next Tarpon Lodge experience will occur.
Just left yesterday from a 4-day celebration for my nieces wedding. The place is just charming. Love the old Florida style. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious.. we had the entire lodge booked and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The wedding was just beautiful! They went above and beyond my expectations and everything was just perfect.
